Porcupine Tree carry off this generations love of progressive rock in true style here. Great theme wonderful songs and true musical genius. All PT is great, this is a perfect start for anyone wanting to jump in for the first time. I liked this album much more than most people. It has the flow of a classic concept album using Porcupine Tree's driving heaviness to put it all together. It sounds great as a whole and yet most of the songs still sound great on their own. It's their last album its maybe not the best album but in my opinion top 3 . Atlanta is a music album by Porcupine Tree released in 2010. Not as good as "Arriving.." (which to me would be hard to top) The sound is not that good, and Gavin has had too much coffee prior to this evening. His double bass chops and drumfills are in every bar. Going totally nuts and makes the songs a mess. What is he trying to prove?. His drumming on "Arriving.." was incredible rhythmic, steady and controlled. Not so much here.. Rest of the band must have thought "What the hell kinda drug is he on..?"

What does this has to do with the concert?.. Would not care where he gets his washers from. He is too over the top in this live recording for me to even enjoying the songs proper.

Gavin does hit hard! Had to develop his own plastic gel cymbal 'felts' to control cymbal destruction!!But he is just so good! And the cymbal washers are also great! ... if you can get them!
